John Perfitt is an affordable housing innovator who is responsible for all of RNLA’s projects and programs. Under John’s leadership, RNLA has established itself as a nationally-recognized affordable housing innovator, with a focus on small scale affordable housing development such as infill sites, bungalow courts, and ADUs. Recently, RNLA was the top-scoring respondent in the City of Los Angeles’ HHH Housing Innovation Challenge, one of five developers to win the County of Los Angeles’ Housing Innovation Challenge, and a recipient of the United Way Home
for Good grant.
Vicky Cortes has been with the organization for over ten years and has extensive experience in affordable housing project delivery, including acquisitions, contract management, and vendor management.
Vicky helped RNLA deliver the successful Neighborhood Stabilization Program which acquired, rehabilitated, and sold distressed properties to low income families in Los Angeles. A recent graduate of The University of Southern California Ross Minority Real Estate Program, Vicky continues to ensure compliance and excellence for RNLA.
